03 City of Pearland — Hillhouse Rd. Service Center, Parks Building & Fleet Building (two-building municipal service center; GC Teal Construction) Pearland Two independent addressable fire alarm systems, one per building — Silent Knight 6700 FACP, 5496 NAC expander & dual-path cellular communicator in each; 57 field devices total: 42 horn/strobes & strobes (incl. weatherproof), pull stations, smoke detectors, and monitor/control modules for sprinkler waterflow & tamper, and duct detector HVAC shutdown. 04 METRO — Texas Medical Center Transit Center, elevator replacement (GC Flintco) Houston Dedicated-function elevator recall system — one Notifier NFW-100X serving 4 elevator banks in 4 separate two-story structures across the transit center site; 34 field devices: lobby smoke & all-weather heat detectors, 12 relay modules for primary/alternate recall and cab signal on each elevator, 8 monitor modules, pull station; direct-burial cabling between machine rooms with data-circuit surge protection. Labor-only installation sub to Advantage Interests, Inc. 2026
05 The Woodlands Methodist Church — Loft Building renovation, Phases 1 & 2 (GC Brookstone Construction) The Woodlands Fire alarm renovation on a live Siemens XLS-250 addressable system in an occupied 2-story, fully sprinklered church campus building — 297 devices: voice-evacuation amplifier upgrade (50 W to 100 W), new SLC loop controller, new & relocated speaker/strobes and strobes (approx. 90 speakers on 4 circuits), smoke/heat/duct detection, pull stations, door-holder release, elevator-recall and sprinkler-monitoring interface modules; phased to keep the existing system in service. Labor-only installation sub to Fire-Safe Protection Services. 2026 — in progress
